Novib unilaterally commissioned a Chartered Accountancy firm to make a technical study of the financial management systems at ADATS. The team, headed by Mr. Sheshadri, perused financial statements and statutory records, and made 2 brief visits to Bagepalli where they reacted with the Accounts Admn Staff and prepared a detailed report.
